This Petri 55mm f/1.8 CC Auto (Tokina) uses the Petri bayonet mount, not the M42 screw mount they used later in the 1970s. The restoration took place first. It was in bad condition on arrival, with some oil on the transparent plastic parts, some bent metal parts inside, and a broken aperture mechanism. I decided to glue the aperture to f/2 so that it would be sharper than at f/1.8. After cleaning, it sat in my storage for weeks of disuse until the mount was converted.
